I'm interested! What should I do to get started?
Congratulations on your upcoming event! I'm thrilled that you're considering White Rose to help make your special day even more memorable. To get started, please fill out the contact form with your name, email, phone number, event date, and what you would like to use in your event. Be sure to use item numbers so we're on the same page. I'll check the availability and get back to you as soon as possible. If the requested date and items are available, you will be asked to sign a contract agreement and pay 50% down to book your spot. The rest of the payment is due 10 days before your event date. Simply pay by either Venmo or by adding your items to your cart and checking out (shop function is disabled. I will enable it for you if you wish to pay this way). You may review the contract agreement at the bottom of this page. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns along the way!
Where are you based?
I am located on the east end of Jefferson City, MO. This is where you will pick up your items.
What is your process?
All items must be picked up. I do not deliver or set up. This allows me to keep the cost low! You may keep the items for 3 days. This allows for pick up and set up, a day of celebration, and break down and drop off on the last day.
What are the rules?
- I require a $20 deposit for those renting candle holders and/or votives. They must be returned clean and free of wax. If they are not, I will keep your deposit as a cleaning fee.
- If you are transporting glass, especially the larger pieces I have available, please bring several blankets or something to cushion with during transport. I have the 20” vases in bins, but the taller pieces I cannot pack due to their size and shape.
- If something is broken, damaged, or returned in poor condition, the renter must pay for it.
- You may add extra florals to match your wedding colors to the floral arrangements, just be sure to remove it and return each arrangement the same way it was picked up.
- Please keep in mind that floral arrangements are stored in plastic tubs. Some might need to be fluffed upon setup. A hair dryer works wonders!
